The Kayaking Trail

Eco-friendly kayaks allow you to access shallow river tributaries where motorized boats cannot go.

Kayaking provides a quiet, non-invasive way to view the synchronous fireflies. Guided kayak tours average PHP 1,750 to PHP 2,000 per person and take you through secluded sections of the 13.5-kilometer protected river zone. Water time usually lasts between 30 and 45 minutes.

You can use tandem or solo kayaks. Local guides are available to paddle for you if you choose not to paddle yourself.
